What do I receive when I request the full portfolio?
An email with access to the full inventory of properties we work with in the Dominican Republic: off-plan projects, finished properties, villas and land. Nextsun remains your advisor for any of them.
How long does access take to arrive?
It is immediate. Delivery is automated: as soon as you submit the form, you receive the email with the portfolio link and your reference number. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
Is there any cost?
No. Access and search advisory are free of charge for the buyer.
Why isn't the full portfolio published on this website?
Because we prefer to serve each buyer personally: knowing what you are looking for lets us check availability and prices and recommend only what fits your profile.
What do I do if I like a property?
Send us the property reference by email or WhatsApp. We check it, send you the full information and, if you wish, arrange an in-person or video-call viewing.
What if I'm looking for something that isn't in the portfolio?
For hotels, large plots or unlisted assets there is our private off-market search. For anything else, tell us what you are looking for and we will search for you.
